The Connection You Seek


Today in the Records I saw the Hanging Gardens and the Shepherd. The Gardens remind us of the complexity within the soul. How layered, diverse, and alive it really is. The Shepherd, on the other hand, reminds us of our responsibility: to see clearly and to lead wisely on behalf of the parts of us that can’t speak up. The Gardener. The Shepherd. We must learn to be both.


Opening the Records for me has become a ritual, an act of taking inventory. It’s where I check in and see what these parts need. Not just spiritually, but structurally. Who’s being ignored? Who needs a new job? What’s ready to evolve?


Part of waking up is realizing that your unconscious isn’t chaos, it’s a community. A living network of parts, some quantum, some linear, each with their own history and function. These parts need structure, common goals, and most importantly, better relationships with each other. The harmony you’ve been searching for isn’t a feeling, it’s the result of these relationships finally syncing. Connection is a byproduct, not a destination.


But there are massive subliminal efforts working against this. Forces designed to fragment, distract, and confuse the system. So if your inner parts aren’t cooperating, try this: stress the system (hot yoga, deep stretching, cold plunge, fasting, endurance feats, or even deliberate deprivation of a sense. Then, once the body and mind are alert saying "what's going on maybe we should pay attention", speak your affirmations. That’s when they’re ready to listen.


The call to heal isn’t always about trauma or karma. Sometimes it’s coming from a part of you that’s been left behind, underutilized, uninvited, waiting for someone to notice its value. That’s where the work is now. Not in clearing the past, but in reorganizing the present. You’re not just a healer healing you’re programmer reprogramming.
